Lucas' Baby Blessing
It was a great experience to be able to have Lucas' blessing at Nana and Papa's house. Grandma and Grandpa made the long drive from Utah in the snow. Scotty was able to make it and we happy to have the Wright family there also. We are so grateful for close friends and family who give us so much support! Even though a lot of family wasn't there we could feel their support also!
Christmas in Colorado
All I want for Christmas is my two front teeth!
Look at Nana's beautiful linen napkins! I finally convinced her to get some.
Watching the baby makes good time to relax!
The Four-wheeler is all Richard could talk about while we were there and for three months after we got home!
Burrr!!
Weee!
Crazy Mama.
December 2012
We had such a special time this Christmas season enjoying new born baby Lucas. It was neat to think about the baby Jesus while feeling the special spirit a baby straight from heaven brings into the home. These pictures capture what an adorable little baby Lucas was even as a newborn!
Time to catch up!
I have friends who are so good about keeping up with their blog. Living so far away from home you would think I could keep ours updated so family could see what we are up to. We are now approaching my youngest's first birthday and the last post was of his birth! I am going to do a monthly catch up starting with December of last year. Enjoy our fast update as I whirl through the last 12 months!

Welcome baby Lucas!
What a day! Our little guy came the same day Grandma Lael passed away. Grandma left us early in the morning and Lucas arrived at 11:56 pm. I'm sure they crossed paths. The spirit was very strong throughout the day as we pondered the purpose of life. We are thrilled to have Lucas here! He came out big, strong and ready for life. His older siblings love to hold and cuddle with him. What a blessing he is to our family.

Star Wars Halloween
For Halloween this year our family decided to go with the force. We had Padme, Anikan, Yoda, Obi-one and of course, the Death Star. We had a great time and the kids really fun getting into character.
Witches Dance
To end my studio Halloween recital I played witches dance with a witches hat. The recital was a whole lot of fun!
